We offer in-person, virtual, and hybrid attendance for most programs in order to provide better access and accommodation for more patrons. All in-person programs will be held in the Kill Devil Hills Library Meeting Room unless otherwise indicated.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration is required for both in-person and virtual attendance due to space limitations in our meeting rooms. If in-person registrations for an event fill up, the event will become Virtual only with names taken for a waitlist should any in-person registrants cancel.

Providing information and resources in an atmosphere of helpfulness is the mission of the Dare County Library. A wide range of programs and services are readily available at all Dare County Libraries for children, teens, and adults.
